8 Symptoms of Vitamin B12 Deficiency

Vitamin B12 deficiency is shockingly common and studies show that up to 2 out of 4 people are B12 deficient. The elderly population and people who don’t consume foods high in B12 such as meat, dairy and eggs are especially at risk. However, even meat eaters can be deficient in B-12 due to poor digestion and some prescription medications can interfere with B-12 absorption.

Do you have any of the symptoms below?
  • Shortness of breath or chest pain
  • Dizziness, fainting or trouble with balance
  • Confusion, memory loss or dementia
  • Pale or yellow tint to the skin
  • Coldness, numbness or tingling in the hands and feet
  • Slow reflexes or nervous system function
  • Soreness in the mouth and tongue
  • Fatigue or unexplained weakness

If you or someone you know has any of the above symptoms, please come in to determine if you may be deficient in this crucial vitamin. In addition to poor health, vitamin B12 deficiency can cause brain shrinkage and some research is suggesting a link to Alzheimer’s.

Best form to supplement B12 (besides diet) is methylcobalamin as opposed to the synthetic form, cyanocobalamin. We urge to stay away from the low-end vitamin, cyanocobalamin, because it is bound to a toxic cyanide molecule that must be filtered through the liver.

Methylcobalamin exists in nature, and it is pre-methylated, meaning it’s ready for your biochemistry to put to immediate use. In this form, you will get increased absorption, better retention in the tissues, and it contains no toxic cyanide.
We offer affordable methylcobalamin B12 via injections at our office, which are extremely effective because this method bypasses the digestive tract and immediately enters the bloodstream.
A B12 injection is $10 and a B12 with B-complex and Glutathione is $25. Glutathione is a master antioxidant and extremely important for immune system, healing and anti-aging. You can come in once a week (most common), every other week, or even once a month to the receive the amazing benefits.

I had a cortisone injection in the shoulder for “frozen shoulder”, after one week I had a superifical thrombophlebitis on the small saphenous vein, I was very active in sports, healthy and 35 yo. Now I have been damaged phisically and menthally, none will change this and I’ll have ti deal with it (I have become paranoid everytime my calf hurts, I have pain after some time that I walk or bike, so life has definitely changed in bad). I wonder, why this information that cortisone shots can lead to DVT or SVT are not spread and delivered to any old and new orthopedic doctors?
